Here at 1buy we aim to deliver the right product at the right price. We are based in Leicester in the East Midlands, United Kingdom dispatching all orders daily. We use a combination of couriers, but we mainly use Royal Mail and DPD to ensure a speedy delivery to our customers.

Any item sold by 1Buy UK will show a default delivery time of '2-4 Working Days' unless otherwise specified.

We ship all small single orders using Royal Mail's 2nd Class service

Multiple / Larger / Heavy items
Typically if you order 4 or more of our items, we will ship them to you by Royal Mail or Courier.

• Orders up to 4 items = Royal Mail 2nd Class
• Orders over 4 items = Royal Mail or Courier

Terms & Conditions

Please use all items only after reading full manufacturer instructions or if in doubt ask them prior use to avoid any problems.
We do not manufacturer any of the items we sell, do not have in depth technical knowledge or advice on any of the items & hence cant be liable for any damages etc as a result of use / misuse of any item you buy from us.

VAT

Our VAT is the UK standard rate. All of our prices include VAT.

Refunds & Returns

All 1Buy orders can be returned to us within 14days of sale.

How to return an order

All we ask is you contact us first so we ;
- can start a return request
- give you a returns address
- made aware you wish to return your order

Then simply post the items back to us, once we have received your order back we can issue a full refund.

If you take your order to the Post Office. The clerk will stamp the proof of posting on the dispatch note which you should retain until you receive your refund from us.
