We are the leading online distributor of La Hacienda chimineas, fire baskets, firebowls and all other outdoor heating products. We also have our own range of high quality and great value chimineas.

We offer all sorts of chimeneas - cast iron, steel and clay. Some have bbq's, some are contemporary, but all are great value!

All Chimenea orders are delivered using Parcelforce couriers. Any items received damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge.

Any item sold by Oxford Barbecues will show a default delivery time of '3-4 Working Days' unless otherwise specified.

Delivery

We deliver to England and Wales free of charge. Due to weight and distance the following areas attract a postal surcharge:

Northern Ireland £15
Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, PA1-20, KA1-26, KA29+ £14
Jersey and Guernsey £13

Terms & Conditions

Once a payment is made we usually process and deliver the item within 2-4 working days (Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays do not count as working days) Always give us a mobile contact number for delivery purposes. This item is delivered by a contracted pallet courier service who will require a signature on delivery. If no-one is in to receive the delivery and the item can not be left with a neighbour, the item will be returned to the delivery depot and you will have to collect from there or organise re-delivery. However, we operate during Mon-Fri business hours and generally can not answer Messages & Questions in the evenings or on weekends.

Damage on delivery is rare but occasionally happens. If your carton looks damaged, please sign the delivery note as 'DAMAGED'. Do not sign as 'Unchecked' because we can not make a claim from our transport provider - it must be signed 'DAMAGED' and then inform us immediately.

By law you have the right of a 7 day 'cooling off' period which means you can change your mind about wanting the goods within 7 working days after delivery. However, note that the cost of delivery and collection for returning the goods will have to be paid by you. You will be refunded within 30 days, but often sooner.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, or the delivery address is not deliverable we will advise you of this. We will not dispatch the goods, we will refund any payment made, and there will be no contract between us.

We agree to provide you the buyer with, wherever possible, accurate information allowing for an informed and truthful purchase.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you as prompted by our registration form and maintain and promptly update this data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, We maintain the right to suspend or terminate the agreement and cease supply.

VAT

Our VAT is the UK standard rate. All of our prices include VAT.

Refunds & Returns

In the event of damage to your item please inform us within 3 days of receipt of item. We normally try to rectify any issue by following the process below:

Buyer emails photo of damaged part to oxfordleisure1@yahoo.co.uk
Seller sends new part out to replaced damaged part

We comply to distance selling rules whereby if for any reason you wish to return the item we will refund in full. The customer is liable for any return costs and ensuring the product reaches us without damage.
