About
Hello and thank you for taking an interest in our company and products. We are a small, growing family business operating 30 miles north of London, near Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
We are specialists in greenhouses and greenhouse equipment, and began life selling online in 2003 as a spin-off from our greenhouse manufacturing business, which is now done elsewhere.
Why not come and visit us in Hertfordshire, where we have 15 greenhouses on display, and most of our accessories available for viewing. Unfortunately our warehouse here is no longer large enough to hold all our stock, so collections are not available from Hitchin. We now have a Distribution Centre in Birmingham, where most orders are despatched from.
Our staff are trained to understand our products, and we can therefore offer you advice on any of our products. Most items are in stock for fast despatch by Royal Mail, UK Mail, Parcelforce or TNT - we'll choose the most appropriate carrier according to the weight and size of each item.

Any item sold by Greenhouse Warehouse will show a default delivery time of '1-5 Working Days' unless otherwise specified.
Delivery
Our delivery charges start from £1.50 for items that qualify as Large Letters by First Class Royal Mail. Larger items that are not too large or heavy for Royal Mail cost £3.95 to deliver as a Royal Mail Tracked Parcel. You can still choose Courier or Saturday Delivery on these items if you wish, using the options at the checkout. Items that are too large or heavy for Royal Mail services are despatched by Courier.
The total cost of delivering your order is calculated automatically by determining the total order weight and size of the items. You will be offered a choice of available delivery methods on some items, such as Saturday Delivery. Some items have Free Delivery, and orders over £100 qualify for FREE Delivery to most postcodes.
Royal Mail 1st Class (2-5 Delivery Days)
Small items that are accepted by Royal Mail are despatched using First Class mail.
You should receive your goods within 2-5 Delivery Days.
However, sometimes during holiday periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 7 Delivery Days, please contact Garden4less at merchant@garden4less.co.uk.
Courier
Unless otherwise stated in the item's description, the following will apply if the Courier option is selected at the Checkout
This is a Next-working-day courier service
Available for orders placed before 2.00pm Monday-Friday
Dispatched to arrive the following day between 8am and 6pm
We cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8am-6pm window
All deliveries must be signed for
If you are not available to receive the delivery, the driver will leave a card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for a re-delivery
We highly recommend that you ensure that we have a daytime telephone number to reach you on
Nightfreight
We choose Nightfreight, Tufnells or TNT to delivery some large items, as their systems are well-suited to this type of freight. The expected delivery time is shown on the item's description.
All deliveries must be signed for
If you are not available to receive the parcel the parcel driver will leave a card with the details of how to arrange for a re-delivery.
Terms & Conditions
Product Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the sizes and colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
We continually update our online store. From time to time our retail store may run special local promotions (which may not be available on our web-site) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in the retail store. Some website promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions.
Purchase Of Products
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.
Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
1. The product ordered being unavailable from stock
2. Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
3. The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. If the item has been dispatched simply return the goods to us for a full refund. If you wish us to arrange return of the item, for instance if it is heavy and large, please call us on 01749 600014. We will advise you of the return cost, and deduct this amount from your refund.

For further details regarding the use of data supplied by you, please see our Privacy Statement. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Prestige Greenhouses Ltd. We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Times quoted in these terms and conditions are Greenwich Mean Time or British Summer Time (as applicable).
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
VAT
VAT is the UK standard 20%. All of our prices include VAT.

Refunds & Returns
In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for another product. Please contact Garden4less at merchant@garden4less.co.uk first to get a Returns Number, and please ensure that this Returns Number is attached to the item/s.
Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
If you wish us to arrange collection of the item/s from you please let us know. Let us know what day you can be available to give the item to the carrier. All carriers charge us extra to make collections from customer's premises - the return cost will generally be £9.00 in addition to the delivery charge that you paid. Please contact Garden4less at merchant@garden4less.co.uk to confirm the return cost - we will deduct this from your refund.
Returns can take up to 5 working days to be returned to our Warehouse. Once we have received the item/s and checked that the item/s are in a re-saleable condition we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Customer Returns
Please contact Garden4less for returns information at merchant@garden4less.co.uk.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact Garden4less at merchant@garden4less.co.uk, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Seven Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only)
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
Refunding the Delivery Charge (All Countries)
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are an EU customer cancelling your purchase within the 7 day cooling off period.
Statutory Rights
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
