Any item sold by Open Doors Garden Furniture will show a default delivery time of '3-5 Working Days' unless otherwise specified.
Delivery
At Open Doors, we want your online shopping experience as enjoyable and easy as possible.This also applies to the delivery of your new furniture by our highly trained delivery team.
Our deliveries are free and are available to all UK mainland addresses. (Please note that we do not deliver order items to multiple addresses)
Items are usually delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.The vast majority of our orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.
Once you have placed your order, we will contact you to confirm the details and arrange delivery.
The majority of deliveries will be made by our own logistics team. Our driver can deliver these directly into your garden or garage if you are unable to be present.
On some occasions, or for specialist products, we may use a delivery partner. In these instances we can only offer a 'doorstep' delivery.
We will advise you of the type of delivery when we contact you to confirm your specific delivery requirements.
Terms & Conditions
General Any order accepted by Open Doors is subject to the terms and conditions specified in this contract unless otherwise stipulated in writing by Open Doors. Please read these terms carefully. The terms and conditions specified herein do not affect your statutory rights.
Open Doors reserve the right to refuse any order which is subject to errors in pricing or where it is no longer possible to supply a particular product for some reason.
Description of Goods It is the responsibility of the customer to check that their order is confirmed correctly. Dimensions of all products are available on the Open Doors website and the customer should satisfy themselves that the goods will fit into their garden / property as intended.
Photographs are for illustrative purposes only : Products pictured on the website may be photographed with other items which are not included in the product description.
Delivery Delivery to the UK Mainland is usually possible within 3-5 working days of the order being received, provided the item is not on backorder. We can also deliver to Northern Ireland but a delivery quote must be obtained prior to the order being accepted. Any extra charges incurred will be passed on the customer. Delivery will either be carried out by Open Doors, or by a contracted third-party courier. Open Doors do not undertake deliveries outside of the above geographic areas.
Deliveries of larger items will generally be arranged by telephone to ensure a convenient delivery date is agreed with the customer. Where this is the case, Open Doors reserve the right to re-charge for delivery if the agreed delivery fails because the customer is not present to accept delivery.
Regardless of delivery status, the ownership of the goods will pass to the customer when payment has been received. Risk for the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
The customer should check their delivery thoroughly on receiving the goods. If the delivery is checked and any damage is found this should be clearly noted on the proof of delivery documentation. If the customer is unable to check the goods then they should be signed for as unchecked.
Fraudulent Orders For the protection of our customers, Open Doors will take all steps which are necessary and practicable to ensure that any orders received which appear to be fraudulent are fully investigated before any goods are despatched or any payment is taken. Where the delivery address differs from the registered card address we may send out a confirmation letter to ensure that the order is genuine.
Guarantees & Right To Return Any defects or damages to goods should be reported to garden4less at merchant@garden4less.co.uk
In addition to your statutory rights, Open Doors furniture is guaranteed against defects in materials or faulty workmanship for 24 months from the time they are delivered. This excludes cushion covers and outdoor covers. In the event that any goods are found to be defective within the guarantee period, or if goods are damaged in transit, then Open Doors will cover any costs incurred as a result of the need to exchange goods including transportation costs.
Please note if you live in a coastal area your furniture will require more maintenance. Furniture should be washed regularly to avoid salt damage to the frames. Open Doors cannot be held accountable for damage caused by environmental factors such as this.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at EU Distance Selling Directive.
The customer has the right to return goods to Open Doors provided notification of your intention to return the goods is provided in writing within 7 working-days of delivery.
Should the customer wish to return the goods within the 7 working-day cooling-off period then it is the customers' responsibility to return the item to Open Doors, at their own cost, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Open Doors understand that some customers will be unable to arrange transport themselves. In these cases our staff can arrange collection during our business hours, if requested. A collection charge will be made for this service to cover the cost of collecting the items.
Refunds can only be processed to the original credit or debit card used at the time of purchase.
Privacy Policy Open Doors will never disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
VAT
VAT is the UK standard 20%. All of our prices include VAT.

Refunds & Returns
Our delivery team will make every effort to ensure your new furniture arrives with you in perfect condition. Please inspect your new products when they are delivered to you.
Before you sign for the goods, please check inside the box to ensure that everything has arrived undamaged.
Damages are very rare. However, once you have signed for the goods it may not be possible to prove that the damage occurred before they came into your possession.
Products with manufacturing faults must be returned to us as soon as the fault is discovered, and within 7 days of the delivery date. Failure to comply with this may result in Open Doors refusing to exchange your goods.
All faulty items will be replaced directly from our stock, or as soon as new stock becomes available.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange items or refund your credit/debit card, provided the goods are returned to us within 7 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
