The Hole Punch can also be used to screw 4mm adaptors into 4mm micro tube.

Product Description
The Hozelock Micro Irrigation Hole punch is an essential tool for putting together your automatic watering system. It features a sharp point, designed to easily penetrate through the wall of your 13mm supply tube. These holes are required to insert 4mm tube or drippers/microjects.
It can also be used to screw adaptors/connectors into your 4mm micro tube. Once firmly screwed into place, the adaptor can then be pushed into 13mm tube, connecting your supply tube to your micro tube.
