The Stewart Basalt range of planters takes inspiration from the rocky formations created by volcanic activity. Made from plastic, they are designed to look like they are made from basalt, which is created from the rapid cooling of magnesium and rich iron that takes place after volcanic eruptions.
Whilst imitating the beauty of this rock, these planters are lightweight, allowing them to be moved around the garden much easier than traditional concrete or ceramic alternatives.
Available in square and round varieties, and in two different sizes, this one is a 48cm low square version - Stewart 48cm Low Square Basalt Planter.
