Christmas Returns Policy
Buy with confidence this Christmas. We are extending our returns policy until the
9th of January 2015
In addition to your statutory rights we will except goods back for a credit note which can be used to purchase items from our website on orders placed between the 1st of November 2014 and Christmas Day.
We cannot guarantee the availability of alternative products.
We are unable to accept goods back for a refund outside of the standard 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
Exchange on Wellies
Our extended returns policy covers all wellies and footwear. Please return the boots to us in the original manufacturers packaging, we cannot arrange a credit note for goods returned without the packaging.
If you would like to exchange the boots for an alternative size or colour and the boots are in stock then we can send out the replacements on return of the boots without having to issue a credit note.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that the alternative size and colour will be in stock at the time, the credit note can either be saved for a future date when they may come back into stock or it can be used on one of our other 10,000 plus lines.
Using The Credit Note
The credit note will be issued in the form of a code that can be used online when placing a new order. If you are placing the order online then the full value of the credit note will need to be used in a single order otherwise the order will need to be taken over the phone. The credit note will be valid for 12 months from issue, but may be extended by request.
Exclusions
Christmas trees, Christmas lights and Chirstmas inflatables are excluded from this offer. This offer is to help exchange unwanted gifts and it is expected that Christmas trees and lights will already have been inspected before Christmas Day.
Merchant Sellers
Our Christmas returns policy does not apply to orders placed through our 3rd party merchant sellers.
Statutory Rights
This extended returns period does not effect your statutory rights.
